   Disappointed with the service at Horton Park Pharmacy. A prescription that should have been in a dosette box wasn’t prepared correctly. When questioned, staff were dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting it would be fixed “next month”—despite the medication being urgently needed. Only after escalating through a care coordinator was the issue resolved. Poor communication and a lack of compassion left a very negative impression.

   I been using this pharmacy pass 1 year the staff very helpful geat I get my medication on time when ever I need advice for my medication they very helpful I do recommend everyone use this pharmacy
