Had my Flu and COVID jabs today. Very professional and with no pain. Would highly recommend this option. Also a great Pharmacy with time for their customers.

Attended the pharmacy to buy some over the counter medicines, but was completely ignored by all 4 members of staff. They did not even acknowledge I was there despite them all glancing at me now and again. I now will not visit in future and will spend my money elsewhere, where I will feel valued.

Hello, I'm not disagreeing with this comment as there are times when patients come in the pharmacy, and all staffs are in the middle of completing tasks at hand of which patients don't see in the background. Perhaps we should have acknowledged every patient that comes in the pharmacy with a simple gesture even though we are in the middle of our work ( multi-tasking), so the patients are aware that we have seen them and will get to them as soon as. We don't normally miss anyone coming in the pharmacy to be honest so not very sure how this has come about. We value all patients, and can only apologise to you for this experience. Today I was struggling to get my medication from my usual pharmacy and they were brilliant and gave me a emergency packet of my diabetes tablets, nothing was to much trouble and they guided me through how to do it and issued them straight away so I could eat , thank you so much

Went for a prebooked COVID vaccination to be told that there no vaccine left and would be contacted when they available but could not give a time. Asked why did they accept the booking if no vaccine available and she could not give a reason. Totally incompetent service will not use again

Hi Dave, We apologise for the incompetent service. We did try to explain the process which was set out by NHS England in the delivery of covid vaccine, it was out of our control that the vaccines were not delivered on time. We also did try to rectify the situation by offering you to ring you when the vaccine came in ( which would have been on the same day ). The vaccine did eventually come in, and we did eventually ring you where you then visited us in the afternoon for a swift vaccination. However, upon doing that, we have received feedback from NHS England that we were under no circumstances able to vaccinate any other patients if we were due a delivery on the same day. ( Ie : NO vaccinations to be performed if receiving vaccines on that day ). So in the event if this happens again in the future, we may be required to take a different approach, however we do always try to keep patients in mind and try our best to accomodate. It is ultimately an NHS service, so some times it is out of our control but we feel we have done our best however the situation was still not a pleasant one for you, so for that, we apologise for it and will try to do better next time. Anyway, i do hope you can review the review you have posted as you indeed did come in on the same day after we have rang you. Have a good day ! Thanks, Clement

I booked 2 separate appointments for my covid jab and flu jab. Both appointments were very quick - great service, friendly, and accommodating, even when busy

I popped in for a flu jab as couldn't get to others. I got a covid jab at same time. No booking just in and out in less than 10 mins Friendly staff always quick service and ask any question you need advice with.

Unfortunately this is not our local pharmacy but I went there for a ‘walk in’ flu jab. Staff were helpful, courteous and very efficient. Whilst I did not need to purchase anything on this visit I noticed the shelves were well stocked - unlike a lot of pharmacies I have visited recently.
