The pharmacists had the prescriptions made up ready for me. I asked my neighbour to pick up two items which were waiting for me. The counter staff found only one. On his return I phoned the pharmacy and the pharmacists said the other item had been waiting for me to pick up. The following day a friend went to pick the item up and when asked for it the counter staff could not find it. My friend said she would do some shopping and come back. When she returned the item had been found.

After allowing more than the required days before collection, repeat prescriptions still not ready. They will make it up, but last month they took over 30 minutes, so left it for another day. Very annoying when part of the same repeat is delivered by a specialist supplier 2 to3 days quicker! They just don't seem organised.
