    After allowing more than the required days before collection, repeat prescriptions still not ready. They will make it up, but last month they took over 30 minutes, so left it for another day. Very annoying when part of the same repeat is delivered by a specialist supplier 2 to3 days quicker! They just don't seem organised.

    I normally collect my medication every four weeks. I fill in a request for the repeat prescription items a week before I need them. I also have items on Repeat Dispensing, which are usually waiting for me without my having to ask. The last two times that I’ve been to collect my items I have had to wait for them to be made up. Today I had to wait half an hour and when I got it home I realised that I hadn’t got the repeat dispensing items. Fortunately there was a vacant chair, so I could sit and wait. The repeat dispensing items aren’t urgent so I’ll go back when I need them. I’m sad to say that the level of service has seriously deteriorated. I don’t understand why, when I’ve done as I’m told and sent in my request in good time, my medication isn’t there waiting for me.

    I checked on the website yesterday (Sunday) that lateral flow tests were available from the pharmacy and we went to the pharmacy this morning to collect some tests - needed urgently to be able to enter a Basingstoke care home - but were told they could only be supplied if we had the necessary code. I'm very grateful to the staff, who were very helpful and managed to sort out the code problem and supply the tests. This is by no means a complaint - just what I hope is a helpful suggestion that perhaps it should be made clear on the website that a code is necessary.
