Generally I’ve had a good experience at the pharmacy. However recently I, and others, have had to wait for up to nearly 5 minutes before anyone came to serve us. You can hear staff talking in the back but there is no recognition that they know you are waiting. “I’ll be with you shortly “, would be helpful to hear as otherwise you feel completely ignored.

Very pleasant and efficient just a little bit awkward to park. Able to get my medication no problem whereas other pharmacy told me no one good get them. Well done

I recently had an issue with a prescription, whilst describing the issue to the pharmacist, they continued to walk away from me without even acknowledging if they heard me. I struggle with anxiety as it is, and usually get my partner to pick up my prescriptions, however he has had the same rude responses time and time over by the same pharmacist. I appreciate people may be busy, but I have never felt so belittled by someone who is supposed to help provide care
