   I needed to ask for a delivery but can’t get through on the phone this surprises me as such a wonderful service usually They just keep cancelling my call

   Generally I’ve had a good experience at the pharmacy. However recently I, and others, have had to wait for up to nearly 5 minutes before anyone came to serve us. You can hear staff talking in the back but there is no recognition that they know you are waiting. “I’ll be with you shortly “, would be helpful to hear as otherwise you feel completely ignored.
