I had an appointment for my flu jab at 5.40. I had received a text earlier in the day saying I could come after 2pm but unfortunately was at work. I received a call from the nurse at 5pm asking where I was she had a GP appointment, I explained I would be there at my appointment time 5.40 as I was just leaving work, she rang me a further 3 times on my journey repeating the same thing. on my arrival 5.35 she accused me of being late and was very rude during the appointment. I am disabled and did not need this pressure, as I was getting back into my car I saw her enter the hairdresser next door. I will not use this pharmacy again utterly disgraceful.
