I have always had excellent service at Hill Top, really friendly, understanding and helpful staff. I really can't recommend them highly enough at all. I have used them for years but on this occasion I used the ear wax removal service. I have to say, the whole experience was flawless, from booking through to consultation and treatment. I know we are not supposed to use names on here so I'll just say a massive thank you to's' who did the treatment. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient and cleaned out my candles brilliantly. I had no reservations at all as I have had my ears cleaned out several times before, but for anyone who has not, I would say definitely got 's'. Her manner was brilliant and would put anyone at ease. I know things like this have to be paid for nowadays but every pound was well spent and it was a very reasonable price. From being a bit muffled to hearing crystal clearly, it was a fantastic experience all round and I will definitely be using her service again when needed. Thank you all at Hill Top, you deserve high praise indeed.

Got an appointment to see the ear wax removal expert on the day I called. The service was excellent. The procedure was explained in full and handled sensitively and very professionally.

Went here to have wax removed from my ear. The procedure was explained and all done very professionally. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
