   The Covid vaccinations at this pharmacy have not been well organised at all. People have been stood waiting for up to 45 mins even when they have booked an appointment. The payment system is archaic and stuck in the era of dinosaurs. Apparently they only have One phone line, which means that if somebody is on the phone in the pharmacy, the customer has to wait until they have come off the phone before they can pay by card as it uses the same phone line. This can take a long time. Why they don't just pay a nominal fee per month for another phone line is beyond me. It's a very small change which would have a very big impact for the customer and the staff. It would be quicker to drive to another pharmacy to get what I need. Other than that, most of the staff are friendly and helpful.
