I needed an emergency prescription and I use the 111 service, but it was having a lot of issues locating a pharmacy that stopped the medication I needed. I called up Hempstead pharmacy and they had the medication in stock, we face many obstacles because the one on service was not releasing my prescription to the pharmacy, but the pharmacist was so helpful and persistent, and gave me a lot of other options to try and get my repeat prescription sent to him. Through the care and determination of the pharmacist, my surgery was able to send my prescription to Hempstead pharmacy and I was able to get the emergency medication I needed - Even though it was past closing time. The pharmacist and his team was so hands-on and helpful and really made me feel supported during this stressful time. Even though they were not my nominated Pharmacy , they treated me with such care and respect that I would recommend anyone in the local area to nominate them as their local Pharmacy.

I wanted advice on which multivitamins I needed to take to help me with my busy lifestyle. The Pharmacist was extremely helpful with all my questions to suit my need. A friendly atmosphere with helpful staff - rare to find a decent pharmacy like this. I will always suggest to others to use your local independent pharmacy. Well done Team Hempstead Pharmacy!

Very efficient,very friendly and very professonal.What more could you ask for?Since my wifes stroke they went beyond their remit for serving just customers,but chasing up her GP and making sure she had the right perscription for her type of stroke. Further more,looking back to the covid pandemic,it was because of the the way the staff and the pharmacist ran a tight ship,we are all here to tell the tale, safe and well.Once again Hempstead Pharmacy,thankyou.

Thank you so much Hempstead Pharmacy, the staff are amazing and always go the extra mile to ensure I am well looked after and have everything I need. The pharmacist always listens well to problems and responds in a caring manner, even asking on subsequent visits how the problem is resolving. Overall, a fabulous service, I'm so grateful you are my local pharmacy!
