Went to pick up eczema bandages. Should have been given crepe bandages as well as the cream ones. It had a note on to say that the crepe bandages were no longer supplied. No one had done anything to get an alternate there was just a note on my child prescription. Was told by a very unhelpful pharmacist that I would have to contact my gp for them to prescribe an alternate. How would the gp know what was in supply anyway. I tried explaining that without the crepe my daughter with acute eczema couldn't use the cream bandages. The pharmacist kept smiling and going on about contacting my gp. There were no alternates she could suggest. I ended up going to another pharmacy and spending £15 on bandages so I could bandage her whilst i get this sorted

Process part of a prescription and then are unable to supply remaining items on a regular basis leaving customer without medication. Counter staff generally unhelpful and today didn’t even bother to look to see if there was any in stock having already waited 6 weeks with an owing slip. Other chemists are able to get supplies but this seems a problem here with expensive medication as other family members have had the same issue.

I recently changed to Heath Pharmacy and went there for the first time yesterday to collect my husband's prescription. The staff were really busy, but they were still very polite and courteous. My experience was really positive and I would not hesitate to recommend this Pharmacy to anyone.

My prescription had been at the chemist the next day I went for it she told me it wasn’t ready when I had waited over a day to collect . I have been using this pharmacy for years never had a problem seemed to be all new staff in there the old staff was much better .. then she proceeded to tell me they had over 100 prescriptions this ain’t really my problem when there seems to be 9 are 10 people working there so what are they actually doing shock by the service I received today seriously thinking of going elsewhere now am fuming
