I had come into the pharmacy requesting my repeat medication but the GP surgery did not send the prescription over. The pharmacist was ever so kind to go out of there to get in touch with the GP surgery requesting them to send the repeat prescription as soon as possible which they did and I was able to receive my parkinson medication.

Repeated errors with medication blister packs for my close relation. Repeated missing medication. Delivery promised but not delivered. Spend ages phoning/forced to go to the Pharmacy to resolve. Totally unacceptable!
