management was extremely rude, coarse and ignorant. I contacted the pharmacy wanting a repeat prescription like I have been doing for 5 years. I was told one of my medicine that I have been ordering along with the rest of my medications, was not ordered because I have never ordered that medication with them before and I would need to contact the surgery and order it there. I was trying to explain when he just put the phone down on me

When I need prescriptions I don't hesitate to call Hayward. The staff are pleasant to deal with and prescriptions are ready when specified. Recently one of the chemists went above and beyond to sort out a prescription error with the physician so my son could get the medicine he needed. That extra effort made a difficult situation so much better.

I went to this pharmacy to source medication for my daughter, and they have been extremely helpful trying to accommodate my needs, calling me to let me know when the medication arrived, and trying to source from wholesale for me, when other pharmacies were out of stock of this particular blood pressure medication. It does feel like they really care and they would try all in their power to help me and my daughter receive the best of care. Thank you.

I wish I didn't have to leave such a negative review, but I hope it will ensure that improvements are made in the future. I have been using this pharmacy for several years now, due to its proximity to my house. Without exception, on every visit, the staff seem to be in a daze when it comes to processing prescriptions. There are always delays. Their process for storing medicine is ad hoc and messy. They can never find your prescription even if it is there! They rarely answer their phone and when they do, the communication is appalling. They don't have voicemail, just a strange 'fax-like' beeping if they aren't prepared to answer your call. I would move pharmacy but there isn't a one that is easy to get to! They need to become quick and efficient.
