Never deliver meds on time to my parents. Even worse now they charge for delivery. Can never get through on the phone to speak to them

At 0950 i was unable to collect my medication as no pharmacist,staff did not know the name of pharmacist as they use locos,i waited 20 mins then left,have to go back another day,this is the second time this has happened !

High st, hubby went yesterday to collect. They acknowledged receipt of prescriptions. They could not find hard copy. Daughter went this morning still could not find hard copy. I then went as he ordered on the 15th, sent to chemist 18th . It has taken my family at least 2 hours to track this script down. It is shocking. You need to improve your practices. And you need to be made more accountable for incompetence. My daughter this morning was told that your staff were to busy to check all places for a lifesaving drug.

Arrived at hayden chemist Outon Broad at 9am and was told the phamacist had not arrived,i waited 10 mins then asked if the two members of staff could contact the pharmacist,i was told no as they did not know which pharmacist was on duty. I could not understand why the pharmacist did not make contact to confirm the time they would arrive. I had to leave which means i have to make another journey.

I travelled quite a way and the traffic was bad, to be questioned by the nurse why I was there. I said I was invited by the nhs as I have ms and had to show my phone text for proof because I was not on dmd drugs I should not have to explain why I am not on them so I did not. I was not really happy as I had to get a lift and have progressive ms so found it a struggle to fight my corner but he gave me the jab. Is it there job to decide. I am really struggling with my ms but may not be going to another jab at that place. closest to me last time was Worlingham Pharmacy and they were lovely guys.

I had not been as I was at hospital day they came to deliver my prescription, so I go into chemist to pick it up, and get told I don't look ill enough, and bed bound can only use home delivery, and she said this in front of other customers to me, today was first time I had been out for a few days, some days I can't get out of bed, her attitude stinks, saying what she did to me, who did she think was judging me when she doesn't know me.

Went to haydens central pharmacy to get some advice on incontinence pads for my elderly mum, the lady in the shop was fantastic, took time to ask questions and I left feeling very happy and relieved! Will definitely make this my go to pharmacy!
