They always eager to offer their hospitality even in busy hours they try to save my time & deliver the medication on time. They call me by name which give me a special however they treat everyone same. The counter person & the other staff are so kind & polite. I will always recommend this pharmacy to my friends and family.

Great Staff - Empathy beyond expectation PHarfleur Pharmacy continue to be an excellent and reliable local pharmacy and, despite having multiple alternatives much nearer to home, I would always choose to use their services. Efficient and responsive, they work closely with local GP practices which means problems are sorted out quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Interactions with all their customers are friendly, helpful and empathetic. They are the perfect example of well-run, professional business that offers their customers a highly professional and personable service. I praise the person who chose these members of staff. Everyone in there show empathy, compassion, respect, kindness. They make us feel valued. I'm sure they have a huge work load and not enough time, but they have always come on top. Brilliantly. They go way beyond to satisfy all their customers. They have always reminded me when it's time to reorder my monthly repeat prescription. They take the effort to remember and greet all their repeat customers by their name. This excellent effort by them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed. My reply comment against the negative feedback I am also disabled wheelchair bound. In 10 years of me using this pharmacy, I have never experienced any kind of service that is described in this derogatory negative comment, nor have I ever witnessed any kind of terrible service towards any other customer. In my experience of visiting this pharmacy, any issues have always been due to the G.P. Surgery. It's always the G.P. that make mistakes in issuing the correct prescriptions, it's also very often delayed by the Locom G.P.s to get the prescriptions signed off. I have an extremely large monthly repeat prescription. My monthly repeat prescription includes a large Dosset box. The staff at this pharmacy have never ever made any kind of mistake with my Large Monthly Repeat Prescriptions. I will always recommend this pharmacy to my friends and family.

I have been visiting this pharmacy for a long time. The staff members have always made me feel special. The shop staff and pharmacy staff are incredibly kind and considerate. They are a friendly lot. I have visited many pharmacies over the years, but none have ever offered such great excellent customer service. Even when they are extremely busy, they offer excellent customer.

My kids love this pharmacy, as they are always offered lollypops. The staff are extremely brilliant at customer service. We are Always addressed with kindness and respect. Even when they are inundated with a queue of customers, they keep informing us about the progress of our order. It's always a great experience visiting this pharmacy.

Excellent service and helpful staff. I have always felt comfortable with this chemist. From buying any otc product to ordering medicines, they won’t miss a chance to amaze you with their service.
