   Always used this pharmacy since I was a little girl . But after today will not be using it again the new young girl behind the counter needs to be trained on customer service skills. When serving there's no please or thank you which to me should come natural when a sales assistant. Manners cost nothing

   Always polite, helpful and they keep in touch with you for flu jabs etc. They also have cubicles for private medication reviews. That goes a long way for me.
