Been getting my prescription delivered from here for a couple of years when I didn't get my prescription delivered this time I telephoned 3 times given a different excuse every time the last time I rang I spoke to the manager she was very rude needless to say I have changed my pharmacy

I order repeat prescriptions from here to be delivered. I wasn’t in on delivery day I received a note to call Hancock and ansley pharmacy to rearrange so today I get up and I’ve had another note pushed through my door 2nd attempt you will have to collect. I was like hang on I ain’t called Hancock to arrange the delivery when called up I was faced with staff that were not happy to help at all. Advice by gp to make a fully compliant to 111 and medical board regarding the pharmacy staff. If I had rearranged like they asked on first note and I wasn’t in then fair enough but I never called to rearrange as I no I would not be in due to son and daughter having appointments so they took it up on them selfs to attempt the delivery and the posting me note saying u need to collect now 2nd attempt tried. You can’t tell people to call and arrange and then arrange it ur selfs anyway without the customer knowing. My complaint when I asked to make one and speak to head person of the day I got the phone put down this is very unacceptable and will never use again not even worth a star for how they speak to there customers

I went there for a prescription referred by 111, as my wife ran out of medicine. The doctor there was very unhelpful, telling me they don't have enough information from 111, and was not willing to help; he even mocked me for shrugging my shoulders. He kept blaming me for having to order a prescription via 111, saying that 111 are useless. I called 111 again and they requested to talk to him personally. Eventually he asked them to refer my medicine to another pharmacy as they were about to close. This is not an appropriate treatment of customers, especially when they are going through a difficult time and need help. I will never visit this pharmacy again.
