Always go out of their way to help, I first started using this pharmacy when they stayed open to get my daughters prescription. The only downside is that they are always busy but that is probably because they are the best in Helston.

Considering the staff are under immense pressure with prescription numbers they are clearly doing the best they can in the time they have. I can't praise them enough for their good work personally. If there's one piece of advice I'd offer to other customers it would be to be patient. They will get to you it's simply down to being rushed off their feet. Keep up the good work guys!😉

The staff at Halls are so kind, professional and always willing to help, nothing is too much trouble. They must be one of the busiest pharmacies for miles around, their work load is constantly high although they endeavour to get to customers as soon as they can. It never fails to amaze me how they manage to smile a welcome to everyone who crosses the threshold. Super people, excellent practice. Thank you all.
