   My mum needed some additional medication and when I chased to see if they had had the prescription (two and a half hours later as suggested by her doctor), I found it was already on its way to her. In addition driver kindly waited until she got to the door to enquire if she was ok instead of just putting it in the letter box. This was very nice of him
