My son (4) has a very infected finger. As it’s a bank holiday weekend, I couldn’t get a GP appointment it was not severe enough for hospital. Lucky for me, our pharmacy was open and I got some great advice from the pharmacist, and some gel for his finger. In less than 2 hours it’s already looking miles better. Really grateful to have such service in our village. Thank you

My disabled father has been a loyal customer of Groves pharmacy for many years, relying on their medication delivery service. They used to accommodate his situation by leaving the medication with a neighbor or posting it through his letterbox, he was happy with this and even posted a 5 star review on yell. However, they are now refusing to do this. This change puts my father's health in jeopardy, as he lives alone and I work full-time. It's impossible for someone to always be present or go to the pharmacy to collect the medication. The pharmacy claims it's due to legal reasons, but it raises concerns about their previous compliance with the law. I was disappointed by the rude and dismissive manner in which they handled my concerns when I called. I urge Groves pharmacy to reconsider their new stance on this for the health and well-being of their customers, especially those with disabilities. They should find a solution that ensures all customers receive their necessary medications without unnecessary obstacles especially if those medications are essential for keeping them alive.

This is by far the best pharmacy around. The pharmacist is very knowledgable and always helps with a problem I may have. I have all my vaccines there as the lady that does them is so gentle and you don’t even realise you’ve had an injection. Fantastic pharmacy 10 stars

I have been using this pharmacy for the past few months since moving to the area and I think they provide an excellent service. The pharmacist is very thorough and is fastidious, like an old school pharmacist and I really appreciate it. My prescriptions have always been dealt with efficiently and he’s been happy to answer any questions.

Last night, my little boy was poorly, so I called 111. I was told to go to the Grove Pharmacy as it’s an enhanced pharmacy. It was after 6pm so I was advised to go the following morning. To my surprise, the pharmacist called me about 7pm to ask about my son. He then called 111 back and arranged for my prescription to be filled. By 9.30am this morning I had my sons antibiotics. The level of kindness and compassion I received at a very stressful time was amazing. I did not expect to be contacted in the pharmacists own time, but I am so grateful for his support. I have been using this pharmacy since we moved 18 months ago, and each time have been impressed by the professionalism and kindness that I have received.

Kept promising my prescription item would be in stock each day but each day I called the pharmacist said the item had been allocated to other patients. Very disappointing behaviour from the pharmacy and would not recommend.

Very simply you never get the truth. Turn up to collect prescriptions to be told nothing available and the pharmacist had contacted my doctors practice. Call the practice and they have had zero communication. This is the 3rd time. Just a complete waste of time

I went to this pharmacy as I was told they would have my prescription, I went in to go and pick it up and ended up waiting 30 minutes before being told they had not received it. Just seemed to lack common sense in just telling me that they hadn’t received it so served customers that had arrived after me instead. Was not impressed.

Why is this pharmacy not open at the time advertised? On the door and on the website states open at 9am. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes and still not open. Very poor service
