Tried to book a Covid vaccination but wasn't told that the vaccine I wanted wouldn't be available. When they did finally tell me it wasn't available yet, I cancelled the appt. Then they called me to ask why I didn't turn up! I explained it was their mistake. I then called back to rearrange and they suddenly said I needed to use the Pharmadoctor system. I asked why the change and she suddenly became aggressive and saying she hadn't known my name! I didn't know she needed my name in order to book me in. I am genuinely shocked by the poor standard of service I have experienced and would not entrust my health to this business.

The pharmacist administering the vaccine was professional, unhurried, polite, friendly and informative, asking sympathetically about my previous experience with the condition and explaining how the vaccination (& top-up) works. An exemplary service, thank you!

I am a parent and after contacting 15 pharmacies around my local area about a prescribed medication for my 11 year old son I called Grewell. I so glad I did as was at my wits end. The pharmacist explained why I couldn't get the medication and suggested alternatives to go back to my GP with. The staff listened to my concerns and offered advice and support which has absolutely changed how we manage our son's condition meaning he was much more comfortable. This will be my go to pharmacy from now on despite being out of my locality, thwy offered service I did not get from anywhere else including my GP. I 100% recommend them.
