I have phone a few times and have got to number one it ring and then it gets cut off so I can't even check if they have my son meds which he needs

On Christmas eve Saturday 22-12-22, I called for my repeat prescription medication. The pharmacy was closed. No information as to why, and when it would be open, was displayed. Saturday is a normal business day and I assume others also intended to collect medication for the Christmas period. I viewed its website which stated its opening times for that date and added, "times may differ." I called back later. It remained closed. There was no mention that it may/would be closed on the Saturday. I rang the pharmacy, to see whether a recorded message would be available, confirming when it would next be open. No ring tone was available and the call did not connect.I tried several times, without success. I called at the pharmacy again today, Tuesday 27-12-22. It was closed and the website referred, "Hours might differ."No mention of possible non opening and no information displayed on the premises. I fully accept exercising the right to Bank holidays but adding a normal business day without notifying customers in advance is unacceptable when provision of needed medication is involved. The main purpose of a website is to provide information for those who need and are prepared to look for it. I have now been without medication for two days. It may be argued that I should have collected the medication earlier. If I had advance notice of the intention to close, I would have done so.
