Prices for private flu jab are more expensive than in other places. Flu jab record was not sent to my surgery and this was not explained to me. Was told to walk in at a certain time but when arrived pharmacist was on a lunch break. Had to come again. Otherwise- friendly.

Dear Client, Thank you for your review. We are glad you found our service friendly but we are sorry that you felt the communication was unclear. We will certainly discuss this with all our staff so as to ensure a clear and concise message is sent out. Our private flu vaccine charge is in line with other places (this will of course vary between pharmacies). We do not have a means of transferring the data about your private flu vaccine to your NHS surgery but again we apologise that this was not made clear to you.
