   Since I changed pharmacies mid 2023 to Granta pharmacy, I always have a problem with my medication. Either something is missing, delays in obtaining certain ones etc. Well since Jan 13th, I am still waiting for my omperazole. Friday, I get a late call saying it’s eventually arrived but driver gone home would Monday be okay. Having little choice I agreed. It gets delivered to the Shelford locker safe, Monday came and went and no delivery. So today pm, still having not received it, I phoned the pharmacy and was told it would be there later. Unsurprisely it never arrived, by now, I was not best pleased. The driver turned up on his way home and hand delivered my medication. Unfortunately the missing medication from January, which 2 people informed had arrived was still missing. Needless to say my opinion of Granta pharmacy is very poor. Just a good thing, although very inconvenient and caused some problems, it isn't a crucial requirement.
