Called 111 to get an emergency prescription for some medication I ran out of this morning. The pharmacist was basically calling me a liar when I told her that I have a certain medication on repeat and she told me that this medication can’t be on repeat. When I called up my medication online she took my phone and refused to give it back to me and I had to snatch my own phone back off of her and walked out as they were utterly useless and incompetent. Would never go back here again

Been with this chemist for at least 30 years. Only on a very few occasions my prescription not been ready. But that only due to the increase in population. They got everything and if not they will get for u beautiful place and very friendly and helpful staff. 11 out of 10. X
