Had a appointment to see pharmacist was so un professional had no people skills asked me one question regarding my symptoms, I was asked to bring a sample but didn’t even test it said straight away had no symptoms showing regarding illness without doing anything !! Went to other chemist so professional and got antibiotics I needed

Pharmacy assistant was extremely helpful on the phone checking stock was available before we visited as it was the only pharmacy open on a bank holiday evening an hours drive away. On arrival their was a problem with the prescription but the pharmacist went out of his way to help. Couldn't thank them enough

So I've been using this pharmacy for a long time and considering changing. at first it was niggle things like the incorrect amount of tablets and having to go back to get the correct dosage. Shortly after everything was great I was picking up weekly and my meds would be ready and packaged. sometimes the gp wouldn't send my script through which caused further stress. then they stopped making the script and waited for me to come in before they made it up which is annoying as I have social anxiety. The thing that really annoys me about this place is they shout your full name and ask for your address and date of birth and sometimes shout it back to you to see if they have got it right. surely this is a privacy data breach? I don't want the whole chemist knowing my name and address! So I resorted to delivery a while back and that hasn't been much better either. I still have to call in each week as I am unsure whether I'm on the list as this has not been confirmed to me yet. Yes the staff are friendly. Yes some are very loud. They can be good when they want to be. But each time I try to talk to the manager to find out what's going in all I can hear is her in the background telling the cashier what to say. This saddens me. She used to make me feel valued as a customer but she dosent anymore. Shame. I may have to look at other chemsits as I feel the communication is really bad now I'm starting to think I'm the problem.
