I visited this pharmacy to have a prescription filled. The staff were extremely friendly and dispensed my prescription straight away. They took the time to talk to me about my medication and gave me useful advice. I won't go anywhere else.

I was very impressed with their very helpful level of service. They managed to source medication that other chemists could not get. Highly efficient and recommended!

I recently visited Globe Chemist, a small independent pharmacy, and I regret to say that my experience was less than satisfactory. As someone who values professionalism and courtesy, I was disappointed by the overall service. The staff's demeanor lacked courtesy, often coming across as dismissive and unhelpful. Furthermore, there were instances of inefficiency, resulting in longer waiting times than necessary. What concerned me the most was the unprofessional conduct I encountered from the owners themselves. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy, their attitude seemed arrogant and dismissive. In summary, my experience at Globe left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I believe that every customer deserves respect and a positive experience when seeking medical assistance. I hope that improvements can be made to create a more welcoming and customer-centric environment.
