My wife phoned many times during the day, all calls unanswered. She then visited the pharmacy to collect her prescription having to wait a long time. Whilst there she could hear the phone continually ringing, but left unanswered. She purchased other items too, one of which had an item missing. I then phoned and had to wait a long time for any answer. In fairness the lady who answered my call was polite and helpful, however I had to return there to collect my missing item, which never left me feeling very amused.

Went for balance of my repeat prescription following debacle from surgery and pharmacy. Had to result to calling 111 for repeat medication collect next day. Also incorrect on receipt. Drs prescription dept advise or balance due of missing items. Duly followed their advice but allowed another 2 days only to discover yesterday prescription for blood pressure medication apparently unavailable and ‘presumably’ may be in now. After much insistence the pharmacy set to make up my prescription. Words fail me.

Whenever I phone nobody bothers to answer, Today I have spent45 minutes on the phone but it has not been answered. This not an isolated case but the norm, on speaking to Hadwen Healthcare and my nurse they have same problem. Suggest that phone calls should be answered promptly and an answering phone/email be introduced. The call I tried to make today was between 19.50 and 20.30 when I thought they may be quieter than during the day. I was trying to get information on a request for compression which was sent to them on 1dec. These items are desperately needed to relieve pain.

Without a doubt the worst pharmacy I have ever used, I did get all my medication from there up until a year ago, I am a diabetic, and was constantly missing items or delayed, and had to wait up to 10 days on occasions to get my medication, to top it all I went to get some Night Nurse for my wife who had a very bad cold or flu, and was asked if I could be more specific about my wife’s symptoms, I replied bad cold/flu and as I was not a Dr I could not be more specific as it was not me, she was not on any other Medication, but he refused to sell me it as I was not specific, we are both in our 60’s and I thought Pharmacies we’re supposed to be helpful places, not this one

It takes 3 days from requesting a prescription to pick up but I wait 5 days. Items are still missing. Counter staff are rude and surly and ignorant at best. This is the worse pharmacy. You queue like cattle outside in this day and age. After COVID you would of thought they would of improved the collection method. Even the vets across the way treats its customers better.

Sunday Times are 16.00 to 20.00 not the ones advertised. I had to wast my time and fuel twice on Sunday, due to rowng times advertise on your website.
