I very rarely leave reviews but felt that the excellent service and friendly expert advice given by all the staff deserved a big thank you. Having spent years dealing with customers in often pressurised and stressful situations I can appreciate the hard work and dedication made by all the team members.I am very grateful for your help and support. I was particularly grateful for the follow up service checking on prescribed treatments all handled in a highly professional manner Many thanks!!!

A very busy Pharmacy , but the staff are always helpful and polite. Collected a prescription today and was offered a flu jab which was incredibly helpful and saved me a trip into town for one! Many thanks Glade Pharmacy

Visited today to make an appointment for my flu jab. I was offered it on the spot, really friendly and efficient staff, a few minutes later I was on my way home fully vaccinated. Just brilliant!

Counter assistant took advise from pharmacist who took me straight in for a private consultation absolutely brilliant service was very thorough and really cared about my needs and offered to see me again if I'm not better within a week.

Today the pharmacist at Glade road has been an absolute hero for us! After turning up to the surgery at opening to try and secure a rapid access appointment for my son (only to be turned away and told to fill out an online form)….Yes I know that’s the normal route but when you are in a bit of a panic and trying to put a plan of action together so as not to be too late for work and know how you need to organise your day as best you can, it’s not always as straightforward as that, not to mention a relatively time consuming process! Also I wasn’t expecting to be seen there and then….just something along the lines of come back at whatever time and wait to be seen. Anyway I decided to fill out the online form whilst waiting for the pharmacy over the road to open so I could at least try to get something else we hadn’t already tried to relieve his symptoms in the meantime. On entering to purchase this, the pharmacist very kindly advised us that if we waited for a few minutes he could do a consultation and possibly prescribe appropriate medications….I had no idea this was a service they could provide. Less than 15 minutes later we were on our way with relevant antibiotics and a potentially stressful situation (particularly being a Friday and knowing GP surgery close for the weekend) alleviated. Literally couldn’t be more grateful, thank you so much.

My local GP practice was unable to fit me in for a consultation so instead I visited Glade. They were excellent; responding promptly to my needs and providing a prescription. I would definitely use them again.

Great service from people who care. Pharmacist follows up, cares enough to call and, overall, provides a great service. When there was a supply the pharmacist went out of their way to help, phoning me when the medication became available. thanks

I would like to say a huge thank you to Glade Pharmacy in Marlow for their excellent care and kindness. The pharmacist at this pharmacy is really caring and goes over and beyond to make sure patients get their medication. He really cares about his customers. He was the only pharmacist in the area who was able to help me when I couldn't source a drug for my son that is in short supply. I felt he really understood how much my son needed this medication and I was over the moon when he was able to dispense us the drug we needed and couldn't get anywhere else. I couldn't recommend Glade Pharmacy highly enough.
