I was prescribed antibiotics for an ongoing sore throat. I requested my prescription to be sent to Gft Davies as it is our local pharmacy, and my husband went to pick it up for me since I am feeling sick. I told my husband to ask a recommendation for probiotics because I was not prescribed one. So he did, he told me that the lady at the pharmacy didn’t know the details but she gave him the only one they had. I checked the reviews for that particular product, and upon reading them, I didn’t want to use it. So I asked my husband to return the probiotics. We had not opened the seal or even the box. He went there on the same day of the purchase, and he was told that they didn’t accept returns and that was it. Anywhere around the world customers have the right to change their minds. We are trying to return something that is not on my prescription, and it is unopened. And we are trying to return the product on the same day it was purchased.

A really professional team providing efficient and kind services. Nothing is too much trouble. They have helped me out many times.
