I popped in on the off chance without an appointment to ask the pharmacist if he could suggest anything to help with a UTI. A couple of days before Christmas so the pharmacist was my only hope. He saw me quickly in a private room, took time to listen to me and asked questions of my symptoms. Something off the shelf was recommended and I will admit I didn’t hold out much help of it working. The pharmacist was quite correct and my symptoms are reducing already. A very big thank you to Garlands Pharmacy

I would like to leave my comments regarding the outstanding, very efficient and great customer service. I have been using Garlands Pharmacy for many years and would mark then 10/10 for everything, They complement the service provided by the best doctors surgery in Surrey -woodlands Surgery. My wife and I have been using this pharmacy for a number of years. The service they provide is second to none. They are extremely caring, professional and friendly in their manner. This pharmacy should be a benchmark for all others in the area. Very well done.

It was difficult to get the job done over phone with the communication gap evidently present. The person at the desk couldn't interpret what I said (I rate myself as an average English speaker). Had to eventually take the email route.

This is a great little pharmacy; I feel very fortunate to have this so close to me. Staff are always so friendly and helpful, despite being run off their feet. It is very difficult to get through on the phone to place an order though.

The staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. I have used the pharmacy for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else

Garlands is by far the best pharmacy around. If, very rarely, they don’t have a product in. It is ordered and ready to collect the following working day. Everyone is extremely friendly and polite.

You cannot get through on the phone ever it’s always unavailable and when I did manage to get through I have never been spoken to so rudely ever I asked if my prescription was ready and was met with the reply im too busy in the basement you will have to call back and put the phone down - so from that day I changed pharmacies absolutely disgusting behaviour

By far the best pharmacy I have used it's been my regular pharmacy for a good few years now, great staff always on hand to help, very pleasent experience.. Great customer service 👍👍
