Phoned to check on medication that was ordered a week ago. Man on phone was disrespectful & rude ,he told no prescription then when he bothered to look it was there. Until then all other staff have been brilliant.

as suggested by an anonymous post - i got an anonymous phone call! having missed the pyschic training tutorial at university i pointed out that if gentleman identified himself i would be able to render him assistance .Personally thought things moved quite smoothly once patient started helping .Said nothing on phone at time but happy to be an armchair whinger - had prescription delivered free of charge forgot to mention that part of the service

Phoned 20 times on Friday to see if my prescription was ready, no answer and now their closed all weekend!!!!

apologies the shop shut early friday evening due to no pharmacists available to cover sudden illness

I telephoned to check if my prescription was ready for collection. The person who answered - presumably the pharmacist - was extremely rude and deliberately unprofessional due to the fact I did not state my name in the opening sentence. He then curtly asked me to hurry up as he was busy. This person needs some customer service training if he is to continue dealing with people. He lacks empathy and basic active listening skills. In future should I require any further medication I will chose to use An alternative chemist.

I receive my repeat prescription on the 11th of each month and they never fail to deliver no matter who or what may av been at vault for whatever reason they never criticise anyone or pass blame on anyone, they just ask u what may be ur problem an they just go and deal with your issues and are always apologetic and can’t say sorry enough but always by hook or by crook resolve your issue and won’t give up till they do so thanks very much four acre chemist x
