My gather has been with this chemist for several years and always had his prescription in bloster packs. I have on occasions had to go back after picking it up as it was wrong. They did correct there and then though. I notified them that my father had moved house and doctors several weeks back at the same time asking for a recent prescribed additional tablet to be put in the blisters ans also for rhem now to be delivered My father is 92 with early Vascular Dementia. A week or so later I had to collect an additional script and was asked the address, they had his new address on the system and his script was labelled with new address. They failed to deliver his blisters when they were due and when questioned they said they disnt know what surgery he was at so couldn't get the prescription as they couldn't get in contact with us. My details are with the old doctors surgery and the new one as my Dad has difficulty hearing and therefore cannot answer a phone. They were advised again of the doctors and they said that they wouldn't be able to make gis blisters up that day despite being told he had no medication left. We had to get an emergency supply from the chemist over the road until they did the script. The chemist delivered the script eventually in boxes not the blister. This is impossible for my Dad to administer and a risk to his health. When I rang the chemist they informed me that I hadn't notified them.of change which is a lie. They also said that because he has moved they have taken him off the blister packs and they will not put him back on them. I had to find another Chemist even though they know that it is impossible to get on the list for blister packs being made up. The Pharmacist was unhelpful, unsympathetic and rude and this hasn't been the first time I've experienced or seen that. Will he take responsibility if anything serious happens to my Dad due to him not being able to work out which is which tablet etc. Disgusting attitude by the Pharmacist.

I have been using this chemist since they opened and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have found all the staff to be very professional and very helpful. The senior pharmacist will always try and advise if you are worried about anything and I have been and asked his advice on a few occasions. Today I went in with a prescription and was served by a young man. ( sorry it won’t let me use your name) This guy is always cheerful and always smiling. Within less than 5 minutes I was walking out again with my prescription. Great service. I shouted to The Pharmacist to give him a gold star. This is my chosen chemist and will continue to be. I have no complaints at all. Thank you.

I would not recommend this chemist, GP appointment at 3pm and medication prescribed and sent electronically to the chemist, told to collect after two hours. Two hours later and feeling unwell tried to collect but advised by dispensing assistant that they didn't have it, checked with my GP, who advised they did. Went back to the chemist for the same dispensing assistant to advise that he had said that they had it but it needed printing of the spine. Again told to come back in two hours. Not wanting to go home and come out again I went to another chemist who dispensed it within minutes. Very poor experience from the chemist, I will be changing my chemist provider with my GP.

Phoned to check on medication that was ordered a week ago. Man on phone was disrespectful & rude ,he told no prescription then when he bothered to look it was there. Until then all other staff have been brilliant.

as suggested by an anonymous post - i got an anonymous phone call! having missed the pyschic training tutorial at university i pointed out that if gentleman identified himself i would be able to render him assistance .Personally thought things moved quite smoothly once patient started helping .Said nothing on phone at time but happy to be an armchair whinger - had prescription delivered free of charge forgot to mention that part of the service

Phoned 20 times on Friday to see if my prescription was ready, no answer and now their closed all weekend!!!!
