   I had 3 travel vaccination on 4th October for £192.-, was told to come back in 4 weeks time to collect the "certificate" proofing what kind of vaccination was given to me, but when i came after 4 weeks, was told that the clinic was on holiday could not issue the 'certificate' and i am there now on 15.11.24, am still told that the clinic is still on holiday. It is only after complaining about it the pharmacist in chatge took over and provided me with the yellow book!
