Was referred to the pharmacy by gp and was told they would know we were coming for a consultation, they asked us a few questions about if we had been referred or just told to go there in the end the pharmacist told another staff “it’s the one I was on about earlier” after composing thmselves into a straight face I was given a consultation stood in the middle of the shop whilst the pharmacist sat in his “office” then the staff member went and relayed the info to the pharmacist who then came out of his office to give us the medicine we needed. I will never use this pharmacy again as this is not the first rude and ignorant encounter I have had there

I took my mum's prescription this week that I could not get at her usual pharmacy. Fagley pharmacy managed to get the medicine for me. They were very friendly and gave me good advice.

Went in to speak to the pharmacist and was told rudely that they’re is busy, I don’t appreciate this as someone who struggles with anxiety. All these ads to go to pharmacy so took the advice as my doctors are busy, and made me feel uncomfortable. Should be ashamed as a medical professional and was spoken to rudely and wasn’t helped at all.

We’re sorry to hear of your feedback. When you arrived it was explained to you that our IT system was down and we were working hard with the helpdesk to fix it. Despite that a colleague attempted to help you but was unable to do so because he was unable to connect to your NHS records and the consultation platform. Given the circumstances you were advised to either return again once the IT connectivity was restored or to try another pharmacy if you needed a more urgent consultation.
