Had the misfortune of going to this pharmacy as they were the only pharmacy open at the time and was shocked at the service. Having recently found out there are policies pharmacies must adhere to, I'm surprised the staff are not trained/explained how to relay that customers in a polite way, instead the staff seem clueless and don't seem to stay employed at this pharmacy for long. The major issue happens to be with the manager with an attitude, rudeness and unprofessional tone I found to be very infuriating and unjustifiable. Considering the pain I was in being the reason i went to this pharmacy in the first place, it's evident their attitude simply makes them view customers as statistics and have no sense of care or understanding as many other pharmacies do. Since this unfortunate experience, I've been advised by many people, including a few medical professionals to avoid this place and have since found many other excellent pharmacies around the area. As for the manager and his attitude, I'd greatly welcome and look forward to an opportunity to discuss this matter and his attitude.

Not very professional and out on hold all time as staff have to ask manager . I asked for urgent delivery for meds and they were not available though emailed earlier in morning and they would not deliver as they said it would mess the system and they is no guarantee they can deliver following day . Had a major surgery and broke down as I am unable to pick up prescription: I felt lack of support from pharmacy and do not recommend them especially if you are vulnerable and need urgent medical assistance.

Been going here a few years now and always get good service and good advice off chemist, also we use the optician there and wouldn’t go anywhere else, her customer care is second to none and great with all my family.

Booked my mother's covid jab here again after a great experience in Autumn and have to say the service again was first class. Seen way ahead of time and again thoroughly checked and informed prior to vaccination. Clean premises, friendly staff and parking directly outside. Thank you!
