Not very professional and out on hold all time as staff have to ask manager . I asked for urgent delivery for meds and they were not available though emailed earlier in morning and they would not deliver as they said it would mess the system and they is no guarantee they can deliver following day . Had a major surgery and broke down as I am unable to pick up prescription: I felt lack of support from pharmacy and do not recommend them especially if you are vulnerable and need urgent medical assistance.

Been going here a few years now and always get good service and good advice off chemist, also we use the optician there and wouldn’t go anywhere else, her customer care is second to none and great with all my family.

Booked my mother's covid jab here again after a great experience in Autumn and have to say the service again was first class. Seen way ahead of time and again thoroughly checked and informed prior to vaccination. Clean premises, friendly staff and parking directly outside. Thank you!

The staff are not professional at all, they hire very young and inexperienced people with no manners to work at the counter. Their staff keeps changing regularly, perhaps they are students on a placement. They will always try to keep quiet about handing a receipt, they will just go silent after taking your payment and wait for you to ask about the receipt. They will make a face when asked for a receipt, making the whole experience even more awkward. Their language is very unprofessional and vulgar, it feels like you are talking to high school students and not trained professionals. I don't want to return to this pharmacy again, I don't understand why our local GP sends our prescriptions directly to them. They don't deserve the business.

I took my mother yesterday for her covid booster and was thoroughly impressed at the efficient, friendly and informative service offered. Easy access and disabled parking, was offered flu jab despite having missed the instruction to book if wanted. Seen by the Pharmacy Manager and the pharmacist and both very professional, friendly and informative. Would definitely use this service again. Also noted that opens early and closes late which is always worth knowing.
