  1. Review titled No point making appointment

Rated 1 star out of 5

Made an appointment via the NHS website for 10am, arrived at 9:50am to find 20 people in front of me without appointments. Despite having taken the time to make the appointment and in fact being the first booking of the day I was made to wait 45 minutes for the walk-ins to be dealt with. Went to Boots in September for flu vaccine and much more efficient as is our local health centre.

Dear patient, Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear you attended the clinic before your appointment time and had to wait. As the vaccination centre is open for booked and walk in patients, patients are seen according to the ticketing system. Our team work continuously work hard to improve the service we provide all our patients with. We will take your feedback on board and will look into the process on how we can differentiate between booked and walk in patients to improve our service in the future. Many thanks Everest Pharmacy

  2. Review titled Unable to fulfil appointments but don't let you know

Rated 2 stars out of 5

If you accept a flu jab appointment (and payment) with 10 days notice, there is no excuse for a) failing to have the flu jabs in stock, b) failing to tell me beforehand that the appointment is cancelled, c) sending a reminder to make sure I turn up, and then d) taking 20 minutes in the pharmacy itself before you tell me that you don't actually have any flu jabs, but "please try again tomorrow".

  3. Review titled Website needs more clariry

Rated 3 stars out of 5

Went Friday morning for a "walk-in"Covid booster. Told walk-ins were from 2:30pm. only. This meant two journeys instead of one. No mention of time restrictions on NHS site or Everest site, or on the Everest glossy brochure that came through our letterbox. Both these need updating to avoid confusion in the future. We cannot be the only ones that this has happened to.
