I went to Eston Pharmacy yesterday, which is really Wise Pharmacy. The waiting times are appaling. Even though the medication was pre-booked by the doctor, they kept me waiting for over half an hour, but even then one item was missing. It even has a tracking number, but they said it was missing, Why??? I spoke with the doctor today and they were baffled as to why it was not there yesterday. They said there is a tracking number for the item and it was delivered there yesterday, and therefore it should be there? By the way, "Why is Eston Pharmacy trading as Wise Pharmacy!!" Because that's what is displayed outside. You can Google Eston Pharmacy, 93 Fore Street Edmonton n18 2tw and you'll see for yourself. Makes you wonder why? What are they hiding & why?

Visited the the business at the advertised opening hours. The Pharmacy was shut. This is not the first time this has happened.
