   Turned up with our 5 year old child, at 6.10, explained he had high temp and earache. We couldn’t get GP app, 111 hadn’t rang us back. The pharmacist explained I don’t have time now to examine ( shop shuts at 6.15) only thing we can recommend is calpol. And then advised to attend walk in which was 16miles away. I found it disgusting that a professional could not take 5minutes to review our 5 year old, I am a nurse myself and i never leave my shift on time because the patients come first. I would never have allowed a child to go without looking at them. I would not be recommending this pharmacy and found the service very poor and not person centred.
