I visit this pharmacy regularly as I collect for a friend on a weekly basis. An excellent pharmacy - the pharmacist goes out of his way to help - even contacting the Dr on my friend’s behalf to clarify/sort out medication. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Review titled double charging

I had a prescription from Pall mall surgery including "calci-d" and "alendronic acid". Paying for it at the Elms pharmacy, I found that the pharmacy has charged me twice (19.30 £) on 03 Monday Jul 2023 at 09:51 am. When I asked about it, the employee said that it was 2 separate prescription. The other day, I had another appointment with the musculoskeletal (Orthopedic Specialist) and asked him about the prescription, but he said it is only one prescription! I really don't understand why I should be charged twice for one prescription in this pharmacy!

This is the second time that I have had a great service from this Phamacy. First time was when I was dealing with my Partners medical needs and this time over the past 2years with my Brothers. They have been so helpful and polite and with a speedy delivery of my Brothers medication! Keep up the great service 👏👏

The people working at the pharmacy are all very knowledgeable and helped advise me on treating our first case of headlice with my small children. They are also very friendly and patient. The pharmacy always has all the little bits I need like kids plasters, toothpastes and other bits and bobs.
