   I called this pharmacy last week for my repeat prescription which I ran out of today but they said they did not receive it when I called and presented today. I went to the Gp which is alma healthcare next door and both pharmacy and Gp insisted I had not had a prescription since 26th July and would not give it to me until a review next Tuesday at which point I would have withdrawn. Fortunately I found my box stating last prescription was 30/08/22 which conveys both their poor record keeping and incompetence as providers of healthcare. What would have happened if i didn’t have this proof? I dread to think how many others face the same treatment, It’s completely unacceptable to put patients through this stress.
