During the COVID pandemic, I experienced a blocked ear which caused concerning hearing loss. Upon recommendation, I sought the aid of the ear clinic for a professional assessment and potential clearing of the blockage. The severity of the block was determined to be a challenge for the clinic and a difficult one to encounter, this lead to a necessary follow-up appointment. The attending clinician, demonstrated thoroughness in approach and successfully resolved the blockage during the second visit. As a result, my hearing has been fully restored, and the associated pressure alleviated. I extend heartfelt gratitude to the exceptional skill and perseverance in tackling my particularly tough wax buildup. I recommend the services to all.

Exemplary service. Really excellent, caring, understanding and the best staff I’ve ever come across in a pharmacy - and I’ve been to plenty over the years! It’s a shame some customers can be rude to staff; they try their best to help and they deserve respect.

Had my ears syringed and have to say the service was excellent from start to finish . Very professional and the nurse was lovely . Highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were helpful, friendly and genuinely nice. This chemist is a gem and very useful for me and my family. Amazing!!! I visited on Thursday 17th November at 17:50.

I needed antibiotics on the day of going on holiday, the new surgery practice nurse and pharmacy staff went above and beyond to make sure I got them within a couple of hours. I’ve never had a problem using this very busy pharmacy. I think we should all take into consideration how understaffed and underfunded our NHS is and practice more patience.
