    The staff here are rude and unhelpful—completely uninterested in assisting with anything. I had to wait forever just to get someone’s attention, and when I finally did, they acted like I was a burden. My prescription was a mess, and they couldn’t even be bothered to explain what went wrong. It’s shocking how careless they are with people’s health. This is the last place I’d trust with my medication! Save yourself the hassle and find a pharmacy that actually cares.

    I would give no stars if I had the choice, went there to pick up medicine, I had to wait half an hour while they all chat and laugh at the back. Once the guy got the medicine he gave it to the girl working at the front and said in a foreign language (one which I speak) 'here is the nasal spray chuck it at her'. I could hear them talking about me, they really need some professional pharmacists working there

    I transferred my prescription to another local pharmacy after Boots closed down. To my surprise when I went to my new pharmacy to collect my prescription I was notified Eclipse had nominated me without my consent. When I went to confront them they are telling me 'the doctor must have done it by mistake' which is a lie and then trying to offer me free delivery to stay when I had already made my decision. Steer clear!

    Very impressed! Visited today with bad sciatica nerve pain and asked for advice on any relieving remedies. Not only was the pharmacist and staff friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to assist. They even took my blood pressure, before recommending treatments. Thanks very much, I was a little gutted when Boot closed, but not anymore :)

    I nominated another pharmacy after boots closed and when I went to collect my prescription they couldn't access my script as Eclipse had nominated me with them without my permission. I went to the pharmacy and asked for them to release my prescription. It took 20 minutes of me rejecting their offer for free delivery if I stay until they released my prescription. Got it dispensed at my chosen pharmacy. 3 weeks later they did the same thing. Nominating me back with them and wasting so much more time. Never go here and never let them get your details. Absolute criminals and it's not just me who's had this experience with them. Avoid this shoddy excuse for a chemist if you can and they utterly useless staff. Their pharmacist is also an arrogant (rude word I won't say here).
