Went to collect prescription for someone with mental health problems and was told they had not got it.phoned prescriber said it was sent via email 15.33 wed

This Pharmacy have looked after me for years. Everything I have needed I have received. Fun staff and information. Since Sainsbury’s pharmacy closed, they have coped with the additional influx of new patients. Some people are never happy, but personally I am very grateful for the fabulous service I always receive.

Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. Wouldn't recommend this pharmacy, much better service elsewhere.

Keep ringing always engaged, rang at 12.15 was ringing out then cut off. Finally someone picked up but didn’t speak so I could hear the people in the background but no help then I hung up rang back and of course engaged because off the hook. I get that you are busy I work in a hospital. I just wanted something added to my mums med delivery. Please could you contact me that would be great thank you
