Review titled COVID vaccine advice leaflet only after jab

I’ve recently had my Covid booster at Easter’s pharmacy and although the man who gave the vaccine was very nice, he only gave me the leaflet about the vaccine after my jab and I was horrified to see in the car afterwards that I matched two points of concern that should have been raised before my injection. I was not asked about blood thinners or other meds only about any allergies. Now I’m worried. This shouldn’t happen and more care needs to be given. Also this latest booster is for high risk people and he had never heard of my condition although it’s relatively common.

Amazing community pharmacy. Whole team go above and beyond. Customer/patient experience never less than excellent. Best pharmacy in the area by the hugest of margins - no-one else comes near. Even great on the worst of days and throughout Covid - knowledgeable, supportive, nothing is ever too much trouble. So amazing they are doing the go to vaccinations for this autumn/winter (seasonal flu and Covid). No fuss - just getting on with supporting us. Thanks everyone.

I have been using Easter Pharmacy for many years now and it seems to go from strength to strength. The staff there really treat you as an individual and are very efficient too. I go there for vaccinations too. In a world of automation they provide a personal service that is so refreshing.
