   Meds regularly not ready on time. Poor attitude when you enquire about meds that should be ready but when you haven’t received a text. Hard to speak to on the phone. Final straw was Google saying they close at 4.30, but they actually close at 4, and rather than explain that, just mimed through the window. So I will be left without the meds I need, that I have waited 5 days for, over the weekend.
