   The people skills of the staff serving the public are zero and their understanding of English is often poor. I am a frequent customer as I live so close but would go elsewhere if I could. You often have to repeat your name several times, as well as spelling it and writing it down and have to repeat your request for medication and advice to blank looks as if you are being awkward. No one ever smiles in here. Customers often need to talk about sensitive issues so having to broadcast them to the whole shop is not acceptable. Please train your staff to be 1) friendly 2) helpful and 3) aware of the impression they give.
