I used to use another pharmacy for my monthly prescriptions but they were always letting me down. Have now switched to Dukes and cannot praise them enough. Absolutely brilliant service.

If there is a better pharmacy in the country I'd be surprised, and there certainly won't be one with a harder-working or friendlier staff. If it seems very busy its no doubt because they take care to make sure they are well-stocked in a way other chemists probably don't.

I had contacted the Pharmacy to check if I could have my Flu jab. They were extremely efficient, professional, helpful & friendly. My husband and I had our jabs with minimum fuss and maximum care - well done. Thank you

Such a great pharmacy with friendly, helpful staff! They are always so warm and welcoming when you go in there and will always go out of their way to help you. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service received from the team today. Pharmacy I normally go to didn't have the medication and recommended Dukes. I called and they got the medication in for me the same day and checked they had all the rest in stock at the same time. When I got there to collect there was a short wait for the delivery to turn up and they even brought the medications out to the car for me. They went totally above and beyond, fantastic service and I'm extremely grateful. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name who I spoke to and who helped with followup in person, but all staff in there were friendly and professional. Thank you to all

Have only used the once as couldn’t get meds elsewhere helpful knowledgable staff processed prescription quickly even opened door to let me out lovely service thanks
