   Doshi pharmacy have been looking after my elderly parents for many years and over the last few days I have been packing up my parents' belongings to help them move permanently into a Nursing Home away from this area. They have lived in Burnt Oak for 60 years. The pharmacy staff are kind and helpful and give person centred care in a friendly compassionate way. I have been so impressed by them in the short time I have known them. In just a few days they have provided all my dad's medication needs for the coming weeks- all helpfully explained for the handover to the Nursing Home, as was requested. The staff have become friends to my parents over the years and the manager came to their home specially to say goodbye a few days ago. They have delivered supplies promptly, as needed. This sort of service is disappearing from our communities but Doshi Pharmacy are a wonderful example of how it can work, with care and compassion. They get a huge "well done and thank you" from our family and we wish them all well as we leave.
