   When the carers of a bedbound patient lost his dosette box, it created a real crisis. 111 GP was willing to prescribe but said it would take a miracle to find a pharmacy willing to deliver a newly made dosette box – especially for someone not even registered with them. After calling around, we found this amazing pharmacy. The Pharmacist went the extra mile without hesitation, showing true kindness and professionalism. They stepped up when no one else would, delivering the dosette box promptly and ensuring the patient got the care he desperately needed. I cannot commend the spirit, dedication, and goodness of this pharmacy enough. Thank you for showing that true compassion still exists. Well done!
