Once again today I received an excellent service from this pharmacy. All the staff are extremely helpful, and the service from prescriptions being sent by GP to being ready for collection is exceptionally speedy every time. The pharmacy sends a text message as soon as ready for collection, usually within a few hours of a repeat prescription being ordered. The service here and with Consett Medical Centre is exceptional.

After visiting 8 chemist with my husbands prescription, this farmacist was the only one that actually offered to help and went the extra mile to help me get a prescription that no other chemist had in stock, absolutely fantastic service and so helpful. We are so greatfull, specially on a bank holiday weekend. Farmacist approach is second to none. Thank you so much

if you want a chemist that treat you like a real person and do everything to help you this is it. am sick off consett chemist not having what you need and treating you like a number ,well at last 1 who respects and cares about the person who walks in the door and you get a smile , keep up the good work 10 out 10 I be back
