Brilliant, friendly service. I’m not local but needed help with my hand after a bike accident. Not only did they manage to patch me up really well but saved me a trip to hospital. Thank you

I rely on Dee’s Pharmacy completely. They provide such a great service, chasing up my prescription and letting me know when I’m due a review. I work in town and pick up on my way home because they are open until 7pm. We are really lucky to have such a fabulous pharmacy in our village.

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry if you felt that we have not been able to help you on this occasion. As per NHS guidelines, we have to offer the patient a choice of another pharmacy if we cannot obtain the medication for you. There have been ongoing medicine shortages across the UK and unfortunately we may not have been able to get hold of the medication that was prescribed to you and this is a rare occasion as we try our best. I hope that if you would consider using our services again we will be able to help you to the best of our abilities. This has been looked at and fed back to all the team. I visited Dee's pharmacy and everyone was so kind and helpful. They actually help and make sure that my medication is always ready and I would highly recommend their services to all. We should all use this pharmacy in our village as it is an assett. Some of their customers/patients shout at them and demand but they still keep so calm...I would not be able to do that and also I thought the NHS has a zero tolerance policy towards NHS staff especially those who help you.

This village pharmacy is always helpful but on several occasions they have gone the extra mile to get their customers their medication. Keep up the wonderful service.

Whenever I visit the pharmacy I’m always greeted by name and on one occasion I went for some off-the-shelf medication and they were immediately aware that I shouldn’t take it with the other meds I’m taking. Great knowledge of customers, an excellent medical/pharmaceutical knowledge and the ability to put the two together to advise customers. I’ve never before experienced that level of care from any other pharmacy.
